Full Interior Remodel

In this full interior remodel, we transformed a dated 1960s home into a modern, sellable investment property. The original home had outdated wood floors, foundation issues, old moldings, cracked drywall, and creaky cabinets. It also featured a single bathroom with two toilets awkwardly separated by a pony wall. An investor approached us to maximize the ROI in the shortest time possible, and we delivered.

We replaced all the flooring, doors, and moldings, skim-coated and painted the walls, and turned the single bathroom into two separate bathrooms by building a carefully designed separation wall. We upgraded the plumbing, drain lines, and electrical systems, modernized the lighting, and installed prefabricated cabinets with quartz countertops.

Eight months after the initial purchase, the home was sold for a $550,000 profit. As of the third quarter of 2024, the home’s value has increased by over $1.3 million since the original investment, showcasing the long-term success of this expertly executed flip project.
